Business Elevate is Brave Achievers’ business process and digital transformation program for small businesses and local organizations. We help you improve how work gets done, put practical digital tools in place, and equip your team to use and maintain them.
You bring the knowledge of your business. We bring process expertise, design, technology and hands-on support.
Expertise within reach. Capability that stays.
Small businesses deserve access to expertise that helps them move forward. Our nonprofit program brings business process consulting, customer experience design, digital implementation and team learning together in a manageable scope.
What we help you improve
Good work can get lost between the steps.
An inquiry waits for a reply. A payment reminder is missed. A customer repeats the same information. Your team may be doing its best inside a process that makes the work harder. We find the cause and agree where to start.

Customer tracking and useful dashboards
Practical AI and workflow automation
Possible deliverablesA tested tool or workflow, setup documentation and team guidance.
Start with one priority. We agree the deliverables, responsibilities and costs before work begins.
What this can look like
A customer inquiry should have a clear next step.
For a business that relies on inquiries and referrals, a clearer follow-up process can help the whole team see what needs attention.
Where work gets stuck
Inquiries arrive through email, calls and social messages.
Details are copied between tools. Follow-up relies on someone remembering.
A better way to work
One shared place to track inquiries, with a named owner and next action.
Useful reminders, clear response steps and a team that knows how to manage exceptions.
Agree what to measure: response time, inquiries awaiting follow-up and repeated data entry.
Illustrative engagement: the solution and measures would be tailored to your business.
How we work together
Built with your team. Understood by your team.
We respect the expertise already inside your business. Your team helps shape the changes, understands why they matter and learns to use them as the work progresses.
01 / DISCOVER
See the full picture.
Follow a job from first contact to completion, listen to your team and map the steps, decisions and handoffs. Where useful, we arrange a site visit.
02 / PRIORITIZE
Choose a useful first step.
Compare the current process with what your business needs. Prioritize the gaps, then agree a practical scope, contribution, timeline and measures of progress.
03 / BUILD & TEST
Make the change tangible.
Improve the process and configure or build the agreed tools. Explain each change in plain language and test it with the people who will use it.
04 / EQUIP & HAND OVER
Help your team own it.
Train your team to manage everyday work and exceptions. Provide the agreed documentation, clarify access and ownership, and confirm any follow-up support.
What the work should leave behind: a clearer process, a useful solution and people who can confidently run it.
Specialist skills, coordinated support. Where the work calls for additional expertise, we draw on our wider talent network. Our team reviews the work before it reaches you.
Practical resources your team can keep
Something useful to work with.
A clear way to move forward.
Your engagement may include the resources below. We tailor them to your business; the agreed scope determines which are included.

A practical tool starter kit
Selected tools and plain-language guides for your team, including AI guidance where it supports the work.
An implementation plan
Agreed steps, responsibilities and connections between your processes and systems.
A team working guide
Role-specific instructions, checklists and review points to help people use the new way of working.
A success tracker

A few useful answers
Clear expectations from the start.
What is Business Elevate, and how is it different from a course?
Business Elevate is a consulting and implementation program focused on your own business. We work on the processes, customer experiences and digital tools you need to improve. Training is built into the engagement so your team can use and sustain the changes.
Do we need new software or AI?
We start with your business needs and current tools. A clearer process may be enough. Where technology helps, we consider cost, usability and maintenance. AI work includes deciding what people must check and how exceptions will be handled.
Do we have to commit to a large project?
No. We can start with one defined priority. A review or roadmap and a complete implementation are different scopes; we agree what is included before work begins.
What happens after handover?
We clarify who manages the process, who has access to each tool, and what documentation your team receives. Third-party tools may have their own subscriptions and license terms. Any ongoing maintenance or additional support is agreed as part of your engagement.
Are there arrangements for BNI members?
BNI members participate through a donation arrangement. Mention your membership when you contact us so we can confirm the scope and any external expenses your business would cover.
Let’s find your starting point
Tell us where the work gets stuck.
You do not need to know which system or service to ask for. Start with the challenge: what takes too long, gets missed or makes life harder for your team or customers.
